The Whirlwind MLTSN4X4-50 is designed to simplify and organize your stage setup by combining multiple inputs into one compact snake. It integrates four of Whirlwind’s MultiDirector premium direct boxes with four XLR mic lines and four 1/4" DI lines, making it ideal for acoustic instruments, keyboards, and vocal frontlines. The snake’s compact footprint of 9.5" x 5.25" x 2.5" (including handle) allows for easy transport and placement on stage.
Each DI channel features individual ground lift switches, helping to eliminate hum and interference, while the fanout ends are color-coded yellow for quick identification. The box also includes four 1/4" “thru” monitoring sockets, providing performers with convenient on-stage monitoring without additional wiring or adapters.
This versatile setup is perfect for a variety of applications, including acoustic and bluegrass bands, stereo keyboard rigs, and DJ or hip-hop mixing setups. By combining multiple signal paths in one portable unit, the Medusa MultiSnake reduces cable clutter, improves workflow, and ensures a professional and reliable stage configuration.
