Two Condenser Mic Inputs with Two Headphone Outputs:
The Yamaha AG08 provides two condenser-mic-ready inputs with phantom power, ideal for musicians, vocal creators, and ASMR producers who need high-sensitivity performance. Using the AG08 Controller app, you can also pan stereo microphones left and right for precise spatial control. It also features two independent headphone outputs, allowing dual monitoring for collaborative streaming or setups where one person performs while another manages the mix.
Three Assignable Faders for Flexible USB In/Out Audio:
The AG08 offers three assignable faders that give intuitive control over LINE and USB audio sources from your PC or analog inputs. Each fader can be individually assigned to create custom mixes for different apps. The mixer can also send three separate USB output mixes to different applications, enabling multi-platform streaming. For ASIO-supported DAWs, it can send direct outs from all input channels plus three mixed channels simultaneously, allowing multitrack recording while streaming.
Four Effect Preset Buttons for Channel 1:
Four dedicated effect preset buttons let you instantly switch customized effects on Channel 1. These enable quick adjustments during voice work or live performance, including dramatic transformations using the new Voice Changer effect.
Five Professional DSP Effects:
The AG08 includes five DSP effect groups—Voice Changer/Amp Sim, Gate/Compressor/EQ, Reverb/Delay, Ducker, and Maximizer—all processed internally for zero latency. Channel 1 offers a Voice Changer for character effects, while Channel 2 includes an Amp Simulator for realistic guitar and bass tones. Each effect can be finely adjusted through the AG08 Controller app for detailed sound shaping.
Ducker Function:
The Ducker automatically lowers playback from Channels 3/4, 5/6, and 7/8 when audio appears on Channels 1 or 2, ensuring your voice or main instrument stays clear above background audio. This makes it ideal for podcasts, live chats, and streams where the presenter must always remain audible.
Maximizer for Broadcast-Ready Output:
The built-in Maximizer enhances your mix by boosting overall level, balancing frequency bands, and controlling peaks. Its 3-band compression creates a polished, professional sound that is pleasant and consistent for listeners.
Six Customizable Sound Pads:
Six onboard sound pads allow you to trigger sound effects or samples during broadcasts. Through the AG08 Controller app, you can drag-and-drop audio files, assign them to pads, or record custom samples, then trim and edit them directly within the app.
