The Yamaha CXS15XLF is a high-performance bass-reflex subwoofer engineered to deliver extended low-frequency response with exceptional clarity. Equipped with a powerful 15" driver featuring a 4" voice coil, it produces tight, punchy bass while reaching a best-in-class maximum SPL of 131 dB, making it ideal for both live sound and fixed installations.
Designed for demanding professional use, the CXS15XLF handles up to 800W (PGM) input and supports cardioid operation when used with external processors or DSP-enabled power amplifiers. This capability allows for improved low-frequency directionality, helping reduce unwanted bass on stage and delivering a cleaner, more controlled low end in challenging acoustic environments.
Housed in a lightweight yet extremely durable plywood cabinet, the subwoofer features a premium Polyurea coating for superior protection and long-term reliability.
