The Yamaha MY16-EX MADI Expansion Card is a professional digital audio solution designed to expand the capabilities of compatible Yamaha consoles and devices. It provides an additional 16 channels of MADI (Multichannel Audio Digital Interface) for use in multi-room production facilities, large live sound setups, outdoor broadcast events, and recording applications. When combined with the MY16-MD64, up to three MY16-EX cards can be used to provide a total of 64 channels of digital audio.
With 24-bit audio resolution, the MY16-EX ensures high-quality sound reproduction, maintaining clarity and precision across all channels. It supports professional digital audio networking, allowing seamless integration with MADI-compatible devices for efficient and flexible multichannel routing.
