Description
The Zero Cable XXL Cable Cover for the Pioneer DJ CDJ-3000 is a deep-body cable hider for the DJ booth. It does the same job as the standard Zero Cable cover, hiding the rear connector panel and routing the leads through one channel, but with 8.86 in (225 mm) of depth instead of the standard 6.10 in (155 mm). That extra room is enough to take a power strip, a network switch, power adapters and the slack cable that otherwise ends up on the floor. Outside dimensions are 12.99 x 3.54 x 8.86 in (330 x 90 x 225 mm), made in Germany from ABS and premium acrylic.
Choose the XXL when the CDJ-3000 sits on a fixed install, a rental flight case or a festival booth where the distribution gear has nowhere else to live. Everything hides inside one enclosure, the connectors are protected from cable movement and accidental unplugging, and the flat top panel takes a logo, an artist name or a rental asset tag.
Is this a cable hider for a DJ booth?
Yes. It is purpose-built cable management for the back of a CDJ-3000: the connector panel and the cable tails sit inside the shell, and the leads leave through one integrated channel instead of fanning out across the booth. It is not an adhesive cord raceway for a wall or a desk.
What does it fit?
The Pioneer DJ CDJ-3000, and nothing else in the range. Zero Cable cuts a separate part per model because the shell has to sit flush against that specific rear panel, so a cover for a different player will not seat correctly.
Standard cover or XXL: which one do I need?
Depth is the only difference. The standard cover is 6.10 in (155 mm) deep and hides the connectors and the cable tails. The XXL is 8.86 in (225 mm) deep and adds room behind the player for a power strip, a network switch and power adapters. Same width, same height, same fit. Take the standard for a mobile rig you strike every night, and the XXL for an install or a rental booth where the distribution gear has to live somewhere.
Can I put my logo on it?
Yes. The top panel is flat and unbranded, which is why rental companies and venues use it for an asset tag, a venue logo or an artist name. It takes vinyl or a printed decal.
Is the CDJ-3000 included?
No. The gear shown in the photos is there to show the fit. You are buying the Zero Cable XXL cable cover only.
