Description
The CHAUVET DJ COLORband Spectra ILS is a motorized strip light designed to create dynamic sweeping effects, pixel-mapped animations, blinder effects, and wall-washing illumination. It features 40 RGB+WW LEDs with individual pixel control for detailed color and animation effects. The motorized 180° tilt allows the fixture to direct its output across a wide range of positions. With a compact low-profile design, it is suitable for mobile entertainment, events, clubs, weddings, and stage productions.
Dynamic Motorized Effects
The COLORband Spectra ILS uses built-in motors to provide 180° of tilt for animated sweeping effects. This movement allows the fixture to change its lighting direction during a performance without manual adjustment. The motorized design can create dynamic beam movements, washes, and visual transitions. Its 15° beam angle produces a focused output while the 26° field angle provides broader coverage. This makes the fixture suitable for both effects and general stage illumination.
Pixel-Mappable LED Output
Forty RGB+WW LEDs provide individually controllable pixels for creating colorful chases, animations, and visual patterns. The quad-color LED design combines red, green, blue, and warm white sources for versatile color mixing. A 3,000K to 14,000K color temperature range allows the fixture to produce both warm and cool white tones. Pixel control makes the COLORband Spectra ILS suitable for creative effects and synchronized lighting shows. It can also function as a blinder or wall-washing fixture.
Flexible Control Options
The COLORband Spectra ILS supports DMX, ILS, RF, and Master,Slave control modes for flexible operation. DMX connectivity is provided through both 3-pin and 5-pin XLR connectors for professional lighting systems. D-Fi USB compatibility enables wireless DMX or Master,Slave operation without requiring conventional data cabling. Optional RFC, RFC-XL, and ILS Command controllers provide additional control possibilities. These options allow the fixture to be integrated into different mobile and permanent lighting setups.
Power Linking and Installation
PowerCON-compatible input and output connections allow multiple fixtures to be linked from a single power source. Up to 9 units can be power linked at 120V, while up to 16 units can be linked at 230V. The fixture operates from an auto-ranging 100 to 240 VAC, 50,60 Hz power supply. An included Omega bracket provides a practical mounting solution for professional installations. Its low-profile 39.4-inch housing can be positioned in a variety of event and stage environments.
