The Santosom XSM-2X12U W MENSA is a professional-grade modular double regie unit designed for AV engineers and broadcast professionals. Constructed from 15mm birch-ply veneer with a PHL finish, this robust and stylish rack provides a balance of durability and elegance, making it ideal for control rooms, studios, or mobile broadcast setups.
Offering 12U of rack space on each side (24U total), the unit can be configured with dual rack rails on both sides or with a combination of wood shelves and rack rails, depending on operational needs. The case ships flat-packed and is designed for straightforward client assembly. Additional features include a sliding shelf, dual rear access doors, open front access, and slots for optional accessory mounting such as Shout or Swivel Arms.
Mobility and stability are ensured with four integrated wheels—two of which feature brakes for secure positioning. With precise internal dimensions of 1025 × 800 × 750 mm and a weight of approximately 62 kg, the XSM-2X12U W MENSA delivers modular performance with a compact footprint.
