The Shure SLXD24D+/58 handheld wireless system combines professional-grade digital wireless performance with two iconic SM58 cardioid dynamic microphones, making it ideal for live sound, presentations, and professional audio setups. At its core is the SLXD4D+ dual-channel half-rack receiver, delivering transparent 24-bit digital audio with a dynamic range exceeding 118 dB. The system’s wide 138 MHz tuning range ensures reliable RF performance and extensive geographical coverage, providing clear and consistent audio transmission in even challenging environments.

The SLXD24D+/58 supports up to 11 simultaneous systems in 6 MHz TV bands and up to 14 systems in 8 MHz TV bands, allowing flexible multi-microphone configurations. Automatic Setup keeps the receiver and transmitters linked even in the presence of RF interference, while ShowLink Ease allows users to remotely adjust transmitter settings over the air, including changing frequencies, adjusting power output, locking/unlocking controls, and updating firmware. These features simplify wireless management for both professionals and volunteers.

Additionally, the system integrates Shure’s patented Digital Feedback Reducer software to minimize unwanted audio feedback and AES-256 encryption for secure transmission. Users can monitor RF status and control receiver and transmitter parameters using the Wireless Workbench desktop software or the WWB Mobile app over Wi-Fi or Bluetooth. Powered by two AA batteries (included) or optional Shure SB903 Li-ion rechargeable batteries, the SLXD24D+/58 provides up to 8 hours of reliable wireless operation, making it a robust and professional solution for any live audio application.
