The Yamaha MY8AT is a Mini-YGDAI interface card that enables seamless ADAT digital format I/O connectivity for compatible Yamaha devices. It allows up to eight channels of digital audio to be transferred simultaneously, making it ideal for expanding multitrack recording and playback capabilities.
Equipped with two Lightpipe optical connectors—one for input and one for output—the MY8-AT facilitates high-quality digital audio transfer between ADAT-equipped devices and Yamaha multitrack consoles. This ensures clean, reliable data transmission without the noise or degradation associated with analog connections.
Supporting 24-bit resolution at 44.1 kHz and 48 kHz sampling rates, the MY8-AT maintains professional-grade audio fidelity. It is compatible with a wide range of Yamaha models, including the 01V, PM1D, DME32, AW4416, AW2816, SREV1, DM2000, and 02R96, making it a versatile solution for digital audio expansion.
