The Yamaha SWR2311P-10G is an intelligent 10-port L2 network switch optimized for Dante® digital audio networks, combining power, data, and advanced management features into a single unit. Eight PoE-enabled LAN ports deliver up to 30W each, while two LAN/SFP combo ports (ports 9 and 10) allow flexible fiber or copper connectivity. With automatic Dante-optimized settings via LLDP, the switch ensures stable network performance and simplifies the integration of devices such as the VXL1B-16P or MCP1 wall-mount controller. Built-in RADIUS server functionality further strengthens network security by controlling device authentication across large-scale installations.
Comprehensive network monitoring is made easy with Yamaha LAN Monitor software, which allows users to check PoE power status, take network “snapshots,” and receive alerts if a cable is disconnected, a device is turned off, or an incorrect connection occurs. Enhanced device identification with Dante icons, labels, and comments simplifies management of complex systems, while the WebGUI provides graphical LAN map visualization, PoE device monitoring, remote restart, and email notifications for quick troubleshooting. A microSD card slot enables backing up internal settings and firmware updates, ensuring long-term reliability and system stability.
For extended network setups, the SWR2311P-10G supports SFP modules like the SFP-SWRG-SX or SFP-SWRG-LX to maintain high-speed Dante connectivity over distances exceeding 100 meters with minimal signal loss. Optional accessories such as the RK-SWR rack mount and WK-SWR wall/ceiling mount expand installation flexibility, making the SWR2311P-10G an ideal solution for professional AV networks in conference rooms, auditoriums, and other large-scale venues.
