Is this the 64 MB or the 128 MB EP-133?
This is the 64 MB EP-133 K.O. II, Teenage Engineering part TE032AS001. Teenage Engineering also makes a 128 MB version (TE032AS002), introduced with new paper-foam packaging.
Does the EP-133 K.O. II have a built-in speaker and microphone?
Yes, both. You can sample and play back with nothing plugged in.

Yes. It runs on four AAA batteries, or on USB-C power at 5 V and at least 1 A.
Does the EP-133 K.O. II work with a computer and other gear?
Yes. Over USB-C it is a USB MIDI device with clock and transport, and it transfers samples to and from a computer. OS 2.5 adds USB audio in and out. It also has 3.5 mm MIDI in and out (TRS type A) and 3.5 mm sync in and out, so it can drive or follow other instruments.
How is the EP-133 K.O. II different from the EP-40 Riddim and EP-1320 Medieval?
Same body, pads and connections; different sounds and memory. The EP-40 Riddim has 128 MB and comes loaded with 400+ reggae, dub and dancehall sounds and a dub siren synth engine. The EP-1320 Medieval has 128 MB, with 96 MB of built-in medieval instrument sounds and 32 MB for your own samples. The EP-133 K.O. II is the general-purpose sampler of the three.
How is it different from the PO-33 K.O! Pocket Operator?
The PO-33 K.O! is a pocket-size micro sampler with 40 seconds of total sample memory and 3.5 mm jacks only. The EP-133 K.O. II has 64 MB of memory, 999 sample slots, MIDI and sync in and out, and USB-C, in a larger body with 12 pressure-sensitive pads.
What protects the EP-133 K.O. II?
The Decksaver EP-133 cover protects the top panel, and the Magma MGA48049 case carries it. Both are made for the EP-133 K.O. II. To mix it with a second device, add the EP-136 K.O. Sidekick.
