The Nexadyne 8/C uses Shure’s Revonic dual-transducer design, where two precisely matched transducers work together to improve sound quality and reject unwanted noise. By wiring them out of phase, mechanical vibration is canceled at the source, reducing self-noise and eliminating the need for traditional shockmounts. This results in clear, natural vocal reproduction with reduced handling noise and improved gain before feedback. When paired with an SLX-D+ receiver, the SLXD2+ delivers transparent 24-bit digital audio with over 118 dB dynamic range and supports a wide tuning bandwidth of up to 138 MHz for reliable performance in complex RF environments.
Intelligent Control, Flexibility, and Power Options
The SLXD2+ features ShowLink Ease technology for real-time, two-way communication with compatible receivers via BLE, enabling automatic frequency synchronization and remote control of settings like RF power and control locks. It also supports over-the-air firmware updates and interference management without physically handling the microphone. Its interchangeable capsule system supports options such as Nexadyne 8/S, SM58, Beta 58A, Beta 87A, and KSM8 for different vocal applications. For power, it runs up to 8 hours on two AA batteries or optional SB903 rechargeable batteries, with accurate runtime tracking when used with compatible charging accessories.
